Random Encouraging Messages

Hi,


How to stop the random messages of encouragement such as, "Left Foot, Right Foot ... ,"

and other Dr. Suessisms purportedly meant to encourage but annoying me to the point I no longer want to use this Charger 2 anymore?

Have the notifications turned off, but the annoying pests persist.

Please help.
